- Account information: email address and authentication data, collected via our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up.
- Payment information: if you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number or payment credentials — Stripe handles this directly.
- Usage data: pages viewed, games viewed, and general interaction data with the Service, used to enforce free-tier limits and improve the product.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and device information, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to: provide and maintain the Service; process subscription payments; enforce tier-based access limits; communicate with you about your account or the Service; monitor and improve Service performance; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help operate the Service (Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, our hosting and database providers), each bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
- Legal compliance: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
4. Data Retention
We retain account and usage data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after account closure as needed for legal, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@apexscoring.com. You may also close your account at any time through your Account page.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies necessary for authentication and basic Service functionality. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
