Welcome to APEX Scoring ("APEX Scoring," "we," "us," or "our"), a product operated by JNA Capital LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of apexscoring.com and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

APEX Scoring provides sports analytics and proprietary performance scoring ("APEX Scores") for informational and entertainment purposes. APEX Scores are generated using statistical models and data analysis across various sports.

2. Not Betting or Financial Advice

APEX Scoring does not provide betting advice, gambling recommendations, or guarantees of any outcome. APEX Scores reflect statistical analysis of publicly available data and are not predictions of certainty. Any decisions you make based on information from the Service, including any wagering decisions, are made at your own risk and discretion. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept wagers, and are not affiliated with any gambling operator.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Subscription Tiers and Billing

The Service offers a Free tier and a Pro tier. Pro tier subscriptions are billed monthly at the then-current price and automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Account page; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already charged. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data from the Service for competing commercial purposes; (b) share your account credentials with others; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, scoring methodologies, trademarks (including APEX Scoring and related marks), and underlying technology are the property of JNA Capital LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute APEX Scores or Service content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sports data and scores may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JNA Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any losses related to wagering or financial decisions made based on the Service, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles.
